Where does my client data live?
On your machine and in your existing Drive / Tally / Zoho. Ravya AI runs locally on your machine — there's no Ravya AI cloud database holding your clients' books.
Is this just a chatbot wrapper?
No. Ravya AI is a purpose-built CA-practice engine that talks directly to Tally Prime (via Tally Bridge) and Zoho Books (via the Zoho Books MCP). It posts entries through their APIs, not by typing into a UI.
Do I need to change my accounting software?
No. If you're on Tally Prime or Zoho Books, you're ready. We meet your stack where it is.
Who signs the returns?
You do. Ravya AI is prepare-only — it never logs into the GST portal, the IT e-filing portal, or TRACES. Filing is always your call.
What if a workflow gets something wrong?
Every flow has phase gates and approval pings. Nothing is filed without you seeing it. The compliance tracker keeps a full audit trail.
Can I run two firms / brands on one Ravya AI?
Yes. The Zoho integration is firm-namespaced — multiple firms can each have their own client C001 without colliding.
