Client Notes — complimentary on every plan
Per-client memory that carries context between periods, so the firm's knowledge about a client doesn't live only in one person's head. Included at no charge, on both plans.
All plans are per firm. GST extra at applicable rates.
AI accounting — pay per use
Bookkeeping into Tally Prime and Zoho Books, plus the TDS, GST, and income-tax workflows, are billed on what they actually consume. No bundle to buy, nothing to forfeit if you don't use it.
Reading — input
Invoices, bank statements, ledgers, prior workings — everything the AI reads to do the job.
Producing — output
Entries posted, workings computed, reconciliations and summaries written.
What that means in practice
Nobody buys accounting software in tokens, so here is the translation. A full monthly close for one client — books posted, TDS computed, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B workings prepared, reconciliations run — typically lands in the range below.
Typical, per client, per monthly close
₹400 – ₹800
Indicative range, billed on actual usage. A clean 20-invoice client sits at the bottom; a messy 200-transaction month with heavy reconciliation sits at the top.
- · You are billed on measured usage, itemised per client and per run — not on this estimate.
- · Repeat runs cost less. Cached context is charged at a fraction of fresh reading, so month two on the same client is cheaper than month one.
- · You set the ceiling. Per-firm monthly caps are configurable — the workflow pauses for your approval rather than quietly spending.
Rates are derived from underlying model pricing in USD plus a 10% margin, converted at ₹95.22/USD. Because the underlying cost is dollar-denominated, published rupee rates are reviewed quarterly; we'll give 30 days' notice of any change.
GST extra at applicable rates.
What a monthly bill actually looks like
A 25-client firm on the Compliance + Practice plan, running AI bookkeeping on 15 of those clients in a normal month:
| Compliance + Practice — software | ₹1,500 |
| Client Notes | Free |
| AI accounting — 15 clients, metered | ≈ ₹9,000 |
| Total, before GST | ≈ ₹10,500 |
The AI line is illustrative at the mid-point of the range above. Drop AI bookkeeping for a month and that line drops with it — the software plan is all you pay.
What every plan ships with
The full operator. No feature-gated upsell.

Pilot terms
14-day parallel pilot. Ravya AI runs alongside your team on a sample of 3–5 clients for two weeks. You see every output, compare it to what you'd have produced manually, and decide.
If you keep it
The pilot fee converts to your first month.
If you don't
No charge, and we tear down the integrations.
Operators who don't see real savings in the first 14 days don't see them later either. The pilot is designed to filter for fit.
ROI — back of the envelope
A working operator at a 25-client firm typically spends:
- · ~3 days/month on bookkeeping posting and recon
- · ~2 days/month on TDS computation, working, and email cycles
- · ~3 days/month on GSTR-1 + GSTR-3B + ITC recon
- · ~1 day/month on document chase and filing
operator days / month
(today)
operator days / month
(with Ravya AI)
Seven operator days freed. At a conservative ₹500/hour blended cost over an 8-hour day, that's about ₹28,000/month of operator time recovered, against roughly ₹10,500/month in software and metered AI. Call it a 2.5–3x return in the first year — before counting the capacity to take on clients you'd otherwise have turned down.
The bigger return usually isn't the cost saved. It's the clients you can now say yes to.
And because AI usage is metered, the return doesn't depend on you using it enough to justify a bundle you already paid for.
FAQ
Why meter the AI instead of bundling it into the plan?
Because a bundle means someone is being overcharged to subsidise someone else. A firm running five clients through AI shouldn't fund a firm running fifty. Metering also keeps us honest: if a workflow is wasteful, it shows up on your bill and we have to fix it.
Can I use the portal without the AI at all?
Yes. The compliance tracker and practice management work entirely without any AI. Plenty of firms start there, get comfortable, and switch on AI bookkeeping for one client later.
How do I stop a runaway bill?
Set a monthly cap per firm. When a run would cross it, the workflow pauses and asks you rather than continuing. Usage is visible per client and per run in the portal as it accrues, not just at month end.
Is there an annual contract?
No lock-in. Monthly billing by default. Annual prepay on either plan gives you two months free. AI usage is always billed monthly in arrears on actual consumption.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and standing instruction via Razorpay. We invoice via Zoho Books — we eat our own cooking.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes — a mutual NDA before the pilot, alongside the non-solicitation clause covering every client whose books run through Ravya AI.
What does onboarding involve?
A 90-minute session to connect Tally Bridge and / or Zoho Books, set up your client folder tree, import your client list into the compliance tracker, and run the first BookFlow on one sample client.
Is there founding-customer pricing?
Yes, for the first 20 firms. Talk to us at the demo.
Want to see what your monthly close would actually cost?
Bring one real client file to the demo. We'll run a full close and show you the metered usage it produced — not an estimate.
