Built by a CA who runs the firm she's automating.
I'm Ravya — a practising chartered accountant in Greater Noida, founder of Pinnex Accounting, and the operator-builder behind Ravya AI.

The short version
Pinnex Accounting is the organisation. Ravya AI is its AI and software division, building tools for businesses and professionals. I'm a practising CA, and I built Ravya AI to do the rules-based work in my own close first — which is why it handles the cases a generic tool doesn't.
I built Ravya AI to do the rules-based work in my own firm so I could spend my time on the work that actually requires a CA. It started as a stack of skills inside Ravya AI — bookkeeping, TDS, GST, income tax — and it now runs a full monthly close for Pinnex's clients with me reviewing instead of typing.
When the first other CA firm (NSquare & Associates) asked if they could run the same stack on their book, I realised it had become a product.
Why I'm the right person to build this
I'm a working CA, not an ex-CA building software for CAs.
Most accounting tech is built by software people who've never sat through a month-end close. They get the workflow about 70% right — and the missing 30% is the part that actually breaks under deadline pressure. I run the same close they're trying to automate, every month, in my own firm.
That means three things for Ravya AI:
Real Indian compliance
Every workflow is tested on real Indian compliance — not a US tax demo. TDS sections, GST regimes, Form 10-IEA, advance tax instalments, 26AS / AIS reconciliation.
Respects how CAs work
Prepare-only, phase gates, approval pings, audit trail. I'm not going to ship something that auto-files anything, because no CA would let it.
Client zero is my own firm
Every gap that shows up in my own practice gets fixed first. Pinnex Accounting is client zero. If something breaks in my close, it doesn't ship to yours.
How the two relate
A fair question from any CA firm evaluating us: if Pinnex is itself a practice, what stops it becoming a competitor? Here is the boundary, stated plainly.
Ravya AI is the business we're growing.
Software and AI for businesses and professionals. It's where the investment, the roadmap, and the hiring go.
The practice is small, local, and stays that way.
It exists so the software is built against real books rather than a demo dataset. It is not a growth engine, and it doesn't pitch outside its own region.
Non-solicitation is contractual.
We don't approach or accept engagements from any client whose books pass through Ravya AI. That sits in the agreement you sign, not just on this page.
Looking for a CA rather than software? Pinnex Accounting's practice page is here.
Ravya AI — the product
Ravya AI is an AI back-office for CA firms. It automates monthly bookkeeping, TDS, GST, and income-tax workflows directly inside the firm's existing Tally Prime or Zoho Books — built and battle-tested inside Pinnex Accounting.
Ravya AI runs locally on the operator's machine. Your client data stays with you — there's no Ravya AI cloud database. It talks to Tally Prime via the Tally Bridge connector and to Zoho Books via the Zoho Books MCP, posts entries through their APIs, and leaves files in your Google Drive.
First pilot: NSquare & Associates (Pune). 18 active clients, full monthly close on Ravya AI since April 2026.

Philosophy
Good CA work is judgment plus paper trail.
My job is to keep the judgment sharp. Ravya AI's job is to keep the paper trail clean.
